A Little About Me
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as an IT specialist. But I’ve always believed that being human is far more complex — and far more beautiful — than anything that can be captured by a binary system.
This belief led me to retrain as a psychotherapist in 1998.
Since 2000, I’ve supported clients in private practice in London, and now work both online and face-to-face from my base in Northamptonshire.
My approach is gentle, relational, and trauma-informed. Together, we create a space where you can explore how your past and present relationships may be shaping how you feel about yourself and your world. As we work together, patterns that may have caused pain or confusion can begin to make sense — and healing can gently unfold through the safety of the therapeutic relationship.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many different clients and experiences. My particular areas of interest include PTSD, childhood trauma, anxiety, and the emotional transitions around peri- and post-menopause.
I welcome people from all walks of life, and I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for everyone — including those from LGBTQIA+ communities and diverse cultural backgrounds. At the heart of my work is deep respect for each person’s unique story, identity, and journey.
What to Expect
Sessions last for 50 minutes and usually take place once a week. Sometimes, during particularly challenging times, meeting twice a week can offer extra support. Whether we work together for a short time or over a longer period, the pace and direction will always be guided by what feels right for you.
My fees are as follows:
70 GBP for individual therapy
90 GBP for couples
Please call/email me to discuss sliding scale fees.
